Len completed his medical school and post-graduate training at the University of Michigan in 1991. For the next 18 years he and his family lived in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where he led an academic pediatric hematology/oncology program at the regional campus of Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. Len’s clinical research with the Children’s Oncology Group has focused on acute lymphoblastic leukemia and late effects of therapy. In 2009 he joined Pfizer, Inc., as Global Tumor Strategy Lead for heme malignancies and pediatric cancers, and transitioned to pharmaceutical consulting in 2013.
Len is a recipient of the American Cancer Society St. George National Award. His medically-premised debut inspirational suspense novel, Celtic Crossing, was published in September 2019 by Paraclete Press. He lives in Mystic, Connecticut with his wife and two adult daughters.
